How do I view inventory?
Here you will get a tour of the inventory list and management views.
Note: All product information entered in the ERP module is automatically updated in PIM and in WMS. The opposite is not necessarily true.
Tip: With this in mind, the best practice is to enter all basic information in ERP (i.e., everything that you’d see on a Sales Order or Invoice) and use PIM to enter all additional information that will feed to your sales channels.
In ERP, you can view your product at a higher level (Style Master and Substyle), or by individual SKU.
Style Master Level
To start simply, let's look at our Style and Sub-Styles. On the left-hand menu bar, go to Inventory > Style Master Management.
Click Apply for all Styles and Substyles to load.
Or, if you prefer, you can enter a Style Code to view the Style and all related Substyles. There are several different parameters you can use to conduct your search.
Click on the three horizontal lines next to the column header to sort and otherwise adjust the grid view to your liking. (For more, see this article about the sort & filter tools).
SKU Level
To view your inventory by SKU, go to Inventory > Inventory > Product. Click Apply for your entire inventory to appear. Or, as above, there are several other ways you can search for inventory. You can search by individual SKU, by Style (to see all of the SKUs within that Style), by Warehouse, and more. Here is an example of a search result for a particular Style.
You can click on any one of these to go to the Inventory Management screen and make edits, but it's recommended to make most edits at the Style or Substyle level (so you aren't doing the same work multiple times). Instructions for that can be found in the Style Master article.
If you are certain you want to make changes at the individual SKU level, here are instructions for that: How do I edit SKUs/individual products?
Another thing you can do from the Inventory list is add a non-inventory item or product unrelated to color-pattern or size (e.g., a supply or service).
