How do I view only items with stock in ERP?

Here's how you filter your product list to display only SKUs with available inventory in your ERP module.

To narrow your ERP product list to only items that currently have inventory:

  • Navigate to ERP > Inventory > Product Management.

  • Click More Filter to expand your filter options.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the list.

  • Locate the toggle labeled In Stock Only (In Stock > 0).

  • Toggle it on to only include products with available inventory.

  • Click Apply to update the list.

You should now see only SKUs with a positive stock value. This is especially helpful when preparing purchase orders, sales campaigns, or availability checks.
