How does a user create a profile in DigitBridge?
Here is a set of instructions for you to send to your new users so they can create their DigitBridge profile.
Note: For the most part, these instructions are the same for your employees who will use DigitBridge, customers you invite to your B2B website (i.e., Customer Portal), vendors you invite to your Vendor Portal, clients who use your 3PL service, or dropship suppliers you invite to your dropship center.
First, you need to add them as an approved user and give them permissions (only relevant if the person being invited is an employee/contractor using DigitBridge).
- If they are users in your employ using DigitBridge, instruct them to go to https://portal.digitbridge.com.
- If they are customers using your B2B website, instruct them to go to https://customerportal.digitbridge.com.
- If they are vendors using the Vendor Portal, instruct them to go to https://vendorportalapp.digitbridge.com/.
- If they are clients who use your 3PL services, instruct them to go to https://3plclient.digitbridge.com.
- If they are people you do dropship business with, instruct them to go to https://dropshipmarketplace.digitbridge.com.
Tip: If you would like a custom domain name (e.g., https://wholesale.companyname.com), reach out to your Account Manager, and they will assist you.
On the sign-in screen, they will click Sign up now.
They will enter the email address you specified when adding them as a user and click Send Verification Code. This will send a one-time code to that email address.
They will check their email inbox, copy the code, and paste it in the box. Then, they will click Verify code (or Send new code if they don't get one within two minutes).
Next, they'll create a new password and enter it twice. They'll change the first and last names if need be. Finally, they'll click Create.
Now they are logged into DigitBridge.
