How to clear my cache

Having trouble clearing your cache? Are new features not loading? Running into load errors?

The easiest way to do this is to click Refresh Cache at the top right of your screen.

Note: This button is only present in ERP. For the other modules, please follow the steps below.

Another way to resolve any issues is to try logging out, refreshing your browser window, and logging back in again. This simple action can often help to resolve any glitches or errors you may be experiencing.

Tip: Best practice is to log out at the end of each day and log in anew the next day.
