Troubleshoot Payment Processing
Here are some tips to troubleshoot issues with enabling and processing payments, as well as processing refunds.
Enabling Payments
Go to Admin Tools > System Setting > System Parameters Setup.
Make sure you are in Edit mode. If you are not, you will not be able to make any changes to your settings.
Processing Payments
If you are not seeing the yellow credit card icon on the Receive Payment Management screen: refresh the page, log out, log back in, go back to Admin Tools > System Setting > System Parameters Setup.
From here, go to System Settings. Toggle Enable Payment Gateway for Credit Card Processing off and click Save.
Click Yes.
Click Yes, logout.
Log back into DigitBridge. Come back to the same place and toggle Enable Payment Gateway for Credit Card Processing on. Click Save.
Click Yes.
Click Yes, logout.
Log back into DigitBridge.
Processing Refunds
If you are not seeing the Refund Payment button on the Refund Management screen: refresh the page, log out, log back in, go back to Admin Tools > System Setting > System Parameters Setup > System Settings, and follow the above workflow.
If you are still having trouble with any of this, you may not have the required permissions and will need to speak to the admin user to grant you additional permissions. Once they do that, you will still need to log out/log back in and toggle off/toggle back on.
