Product

Under the Product tab, there are certain settings you can turn on and off.

  • Legacy Experience: Do you want to view the old version of the system or the new one?

Note: Only legacy customers can use the Legacy Experience.

  • Attributes: This should always be set to "No."

Note: Unless you are a legacy customer, these will always be "No."

  • Layout: When viewing the product list, you can opt to see your results with the Style, Substyle, & SKU, as Styles only, or as SKUs only.
  • Digital Assets: You can opt to manage your digital image files in DigitBridge or not. (LINK TO IN PROGRESS FILE MANAGEMENT GUIDE)
  • Default Rule: You can determine if you want the default rule to be that all changes will overwrite children's value or not.

Note: This is important if you use a hierarchical SKU structure. This means - when overwrite children's value is turned on - that if you make any changes at the Style level, it will impact all of the Substyles and all of the SKUs beneath it. Any changes at the Substyle level will impact all of the SKUs beneath it. If you want to make changes that will not impact children's values, this must be toggled off. Here is where you decide if you want the default to be on or off. For more information on Overwrite Children's Value, check out this guide.

When your settings look good, click Save Settings.

Features

Here in the Features tab, you can allow ChatGPT to help you with copywriting and as a writing assistant inside the system. You can also turn the Control Tower on or off (LINK). When you're done, click Save Settings.
