What are the quotation statuses in DigitBridge?

Here's where you can learn how to interpret and use quotation status values effectively.

Each quotation in DigitBridge moves through a series of statuses that indicate its current state in the sales workflow. Understanding these statuses helps you track progress, identify action items, and maintain accurate records.


Quotation statuses

  • New
    The quotation has been created but not yet submitted or reviewed.

  • Approved
    The quotation has been approved—either by internal stakeholders or the customer—and is ready to be turned into a sales order.

  • Posted
    The quotation has been successfully turned into a sales order. No further action is needed in the quote.
  • Hold
    The quotation has been put on hold pending approval or some other action by the user.

  • Declined
    The quotation was declined and will not move forward.
