What do the Dashboards do?

Here is a walk-through of the various Dashboards available in DigitBridge.

ERP Dashboards

Homepage Dashboard

This dashboard is so useful we've made it our ERP Homepage. It's the first thing you see when you open ERP. If you're elsewhere inside ERP, this can be found by clicking the DigitBridge logo.

This dashboard offers a breakdown of today’s Orders, Sales, P/Os, Inventory, and any system Errors that may have occurred. Here’s a look at the Order page. A summary of the day's orders is at the top with more detailed information below it. Month to Date, Comparison, Weekly Sales Order Report, and Item Channel Daily Order.

Here is the Sales view. A summary of the day's orders is at the top with more detailed information below it. Month to Date, Comparison, and Item Channel Daily Order.

Here is the P/O view. Daily information is at the top with a section for Month to Date below it.

Here is the Inventory view where you can check your current inventory valuation and see how many of your SKUs are currently stocked below the minimum suggested quantity. There is even more to see re: inventory in the Executive Dashboard, which we will show you below.

You can also check out your Weekly Low Stock.

Here is the Operations view, where you can get a glance at your daily operations both as a summary and below (if you scroll down) by channel.

And lastly, here is the Notification view. Here, you can see any unresolved notifications assigned to you (this is also indicated by the red number next to Notifications). You can use the Search by menu to look at only certain types of notifications or the More Filter tool to search by the owner of the notification (helpful for managers).

Clicking Assign will allow you to assign a notification to another user.

Note: Assigning a notification to someone else will cause it to disappear from your default view. If you wish to see it again, use More Filter to search notifications belonging to the user you assigned it to.

You can also complete your notification by clicking Solve and then clicking Yes.

This will also cause the notification to disappear from view.

Another place to see notifications is along the very top of the screen. If you have no notifications, nothing will appear. However, if you do, you will see a bell icon with a red number indicating the amount of notifications you have. You will also see a moving box displaying a preview of the notification.

Clicking this will open up the Notification Hub. The same options appear here (you can Assign and Solve notifications). Click OK when you are finished.

Tip: We highly recommend users check for notifications each time they log into DigitBridge first thing. For more on this, check out this guide: How do I set up and use notifications?

Operation Dashboard

The Operation Dashboard can be found by going to Business Intelligence > Operations Dashboard. It can also be found under the Operations tab in the ERP homepage dashboard above.
