What do the tabs in a WIP mean?

Understanding the structure of a Work in Progress job

Each Work in Progress (WIP) job in DigitBridge contains multiple tabs that organize the essential information needed to track, manage, and complete production. Here's what each tab does and how to use it.

Job Info

This is the main setup tab where you define the overall structure of the WIP.

Schedule

  • Start Date, End Date, Due Date: Benchmark dates for the job
  • Est. Start, Est. End (optional): Estimated start and end dates prior to having exact information
  • Progress Rate: This updates automatically based on how many of the processes have been completed thus far
  • Adjustment Rate: This updates automatically the % by which the hours of a project ran over or under the initial estimate
  • Work Hours (optional): Number of hours the job took to complete
  • Est. Work Hours (optional): Number of hours it is expected the job to take
