What is the A/P Bill Inquiry and how do I use it?
Here is information on how to locate and analyze the data found in the A/P Bill Inquiry.
To access this tool, you will - from the ERP Module - go to Accounts Payable > A/P Inquiry.
Let's set the date range to your preferred period. You also have the option of running this report by Vendor #, Vendor Name, or Vendor Invoice # using the Search by function. Use the sort and filter tools to further refine your search if necessary. Click Apply. You will immediately be shown the Summary screen. This shows you the high-level information about A/P for this time frame including a count of bills and payments as well as balances.
The Bill tab breaks this down bill by bill, with each bill taking up a single line..
Click the plus sign next to each bill to see any related payment(s).
