Here's a short guide explaining the Distribution Centers setting in the PIM module.
In PIM under settings, you will find Distribution Centers. This is simply a list of all of your warehouses: both physical and virtual.
rephrase basically ths is just where you set your default warehouse for ecomm orders

You can Export a complete list to an Excel file by clicking Export.

You can also make edits to any warehouse by clicking on it.

Click Edit. You will note that the only editable field is Default Warehouse. This is because other Warehouse settings are managed in ERP and WMS (check out: How do I create a new warehouse?).

Once you're happy with your changes, click Save.
