What is the P/O Receive Inquiry and how do I use it?
Here is information on how to locate and analyze the data found in the P/O Receive Inquiry.
P/Os can have multiple P/O Receives. P/O Receives can have cover multiple P/Os. A/P Bills can cover multiple P/Os and P/O Receives. A single P/O or P/O Receive can have multiple A/P Bills. Depending on how your business operates, it can get complicated quickly! This report will simplify the information.
To view the P/O Receive Inquiry in ERP, go to Purchase Order > P/O Receive Inquiry on the left-hand sidebar. Set your search criteria using the sort and filter tools or click Apply to see all. The Summary tab gives you a high-level view of your P/O Receive history over the designated period of time.
The Receive tab breaks the information down a bit further into individual P/O Receives line by line.
The chart defaults to the first five vendors in the list but you can select whichever ones you want to see.
The P/O tab shows you the information as individual P/Os, line by line.
Finally, the Bill tab shows you the information as individual bills, line by line.
