What reports are available for 3PL Providers in DigitBridge?

Here’s a guide to the built-in reports 3PL providers can use to monitor warehouse activity, fulfillment performance, and client billing data.

Note: This guide is for 3PL providers (as opposed to operators who use a 3PL solution).

DigitBridge offers a robust set of real-time reports to help 3PL providers monitor daily operations, verify shipments, manage returns, and ensure timely and accurate billing.

These reports can be accessed from multiple modules within ERP, and include both standard reports and specialized dashboards designed specifically for 3PL operations.

📦 Warehouse Reports

1. Shipment Report (WMS → Reports → Shipment Report)

Use this to:

  • View all shipped sales orders fulfilled from your warehouse(s)

  • Confirm tracking numbers and shipping carriers

  • Review shipped quantities per SKU

  • Filter by 3PL Client, Customer, Carrier, or Ship Date

Best for: Daily shipment confirmations, reconciling with client records, and resolving shipping inquiries.

2. Receiving Report (WMS → Reports → Receiving Report)

Use this to:

  • Track inbound shipments from 3PL client purchase orders

  • View received quantities, locations, and batch details

  • Ensure accurate inventory updates and vendor compliance

Best for: Verifying received stock, managing vendor performance, and validating receiving charges.

3. Return Report (WMS → Reports → Return Report)

Use this to:

  • Review customer or bulk returns processed by the warehouse

  • Confirm quantities returned, restock status, and return reason codes

  • Link returns to original sales orders or consignment activity

Best for: Auditing restocked items and managing return-related billing.

4. 3PL Invoice Report (ERP → Sales → 3PL Invoice Report)

Use this to:

  • View all invoices generated for your 3PL clients

  • Filter by invoice type (e.g. Ship by 3PL, Receive by 3PL, Return by 3PL, Storage)

  • Search by client, customer, invoice date, status, and more

Best for: Billing reconciliation, exporting data for accounting, and reviewing invoice history across clients.

5. 3PL Storage Charge Report (ERP → Sales → 3PL Storage Invoice Management)

Use this to:

  • Monitor daily storage charges per SKU or package

  • Confirm inventory aging ranges and apply correct rates

  • Generate new invoices for client billing cycles

Best for: Calculating monthly storage fees and managing long-term inventory costs.

6. Receiving Invoice Report (ERP → Sales → Receiving Invoice Management)

Use this to:

  • View invoices created for 3PL receiving services

  • Track which P/Os have been received and billed

  • Confirm processing fees charged to each client

Best for: Vendor receiving cost recovery and internal billing checks.

7. Return Invoice Report (ERP → Sales → Return Invoice Management)

Use this to:

  • Track invoices generated for processing customer returns

  • Verify restocking fees and fulfillment-related costs

Best for: Ensuring 3PL clients are billed for return handling and reconciliation.

⚠️ This feature may need to be enabled based on your system settings.

Use this to:

  • View a snapshot of key 3PL activity across all clients

  • See total SKUs received, shipped, returned, and invoiced

  • Monitor unbilled activity and inventory movement in real time

Best for: Executive summaries, operations reviews, and billing prep.

💡 Use Filters Wisely
Most reports allow you to filter by Client Code, Customer Code, SKU, and date range—make use of these tools to isolate exactly what you’re looking for.

💬 Export Options
All reports can be exported to Excel or CSV for deeper analysis or offline reconciliation.

🔐 User Access Control
Make sure the right team members have permission to access specific report types. You can manage this in Admin Tools → Permission Settings.
