Why are there duplicates on my inventory list?

Here's why the same SKU might appear multiple times—and how to view only one line per item.

If you're seeing multiple lines for the same SKU on your Inventory List, it's likely because you have more than one warehouse set up in DigitBridge—such as a main warehouse, dropship warehouse, or virtual warehouses.

When a SKU exists (or has ever existed) in more than one warehouse, DigitBridge will display one row per warehouse record. For example:

  • If SKU123 exists in your Main Warehouse and Dropship Warehouse, it will show twice.

  • If SKU456 is stocked in consignment and has been assigned to three different virtual warehouses, it could appear four times—once per warehouse.

This is intentional and reflects inventory activity across all locations.

How to view only one line per item:

  • Go to Inventory > Product Management.

  • Click Search by Warehouse and select your Main Warehouse (or whatever you’ve named your default).

    • OR: Use More Filters and search by Warehouse Number.

  • Click Apply.

This will filter the list to show only items assigned to that specific warehouse, removing duplicates from other locations.
