Why is the price blank after pasting from Excel into a Sales Order or Invoice?

Learn why prices don’t appear when pasting into sales orders—and how to reload them automatically.

If you paste SKUs and quantities from Excel into a sales order—but don’t include the price—DigitBridge leaves the price column blank.

This doesn't mean the price is missing from the system. It simply means you didn’t provide one, and DigitBridge won't assume which price to use.

How to load the correct price:

  • In ERP > Sales > S/O Management, open the sales order.

  • On the Sales Order Management screen, in Edit mode, click Actions > Reload Default Price.

  • Click Yes.

The system will apply the correct price for each line item based on the customer’s assigned pricing logic (whether it's wholesale, MSRP, or a custom price).

  • Click Save.

  • Click Yes.
