How do I add an image to a customer profile?

Here is a guide on how to upload an image file to a customer profile as well as how to view images in the customer list.

First, in ERP, go to CRM > Customers.

You can add a new customer here or edit an existing one by conducting a search and clicking Apply.

Click on the customer # you want to add an image to. This will take you to the Customer Management Page. Change the process mode from View to Edit.

In the General section, click on the pencil icon next to the placeholder avatar.

Drag and drop an image file in the grey box or click anywhere in the box to select a file to upload. Click OK when you're finished.

Your customer's image will now appear in the General section.

Click Save.

Click Yes.

Images in the Customer List

You may want to view thumbnail images right there in the customer list without having to click on individual customers. This is easy to do. 

First, in ERP, go to Admin Tools > System Settings > System Parameters Setup.

Go to Default Settings.

Scroll to the very bottom to find the Image section. Toggle the switch under Display Customer Thumbnail in Listing and Inquiry to on.

Click Save.

Click Yes.

Now, when you go to the Customer List and click Apply, the images will show up as thumbnails to the left of the Customer #.
