How do I find a POS Receipt in the invoice list?
Here's how you view and manage completed POS transactions in your Sales Invoice screen.
All POS receipts automatically generate invoices—here’s how to locate them.
1. Navigate to the Invoice Processing screen
Go to:
ERP → Sales → Invoice Processing
2. Click "Apply" to load your invoices
This will refresh the screen and show the most recent invoices, including those created from POS receipts.
3. Identify your POS receipt
Look for invoices that meet the following criteria:

Customer Name may display as “Walk-in” (or whatever customer was selected)

Invoice Date will reflect the time of your POS transaction

Amount will match the total from your POS receipt
If needed, you can search or filter by:

Customer Name
-
Date
-
SKU
-
Invoice Number
4. Open and manage the invoice
Click on any invoice number to open the full invoice.
From here, you can:

Print or email a copy
-
Process a return
-
Create a refund or credit memo
-
Re-assign the customer (if needed)
Tip:
If your POS receipt doesn’t appear immediately, wait a minute or two and click Apply again. It may take a moment to generate.
