How do I invite customers to the 3PL Client Portal?
Here is a guide on how to invite clients to your 3PL Client Portal.
First, you need to allow them access to the 3PL Client Portal. Next, you will send your customer a link for them to use. To find that link, go to the home page and click 3PL Client Portal under Your Customers' Apps. Click the Copy icon next to the URL that appears. This will copy the link to your clipboard.
Warning: Do not use the link in the image below; it will not work.
Send the customer this link and advise them to use the email address you added when enabling 3PL for this customer to create an account.
Tip: If you would like a custom domain name (e.g., https://wholesale.companyname.com), reach out to your Account Manager, and they will assist you.
The user will then open a new browser tab or window, paste the link, and click Enter. This will open the sign-in page. They can follow the instructions here on how to create their user profile.
