How do I invite customers to the Customer Portal?
Here is a guide on how to invite wholesale customers to your B2B website (i.e., Customer Portal).
First, you need to allow them access Customer Portal. Next, you will send your customer a link for them to use. To find that link, go to the home page and click Customer Portal under Your Customers' Apps. Click the Copy icon next to the URL that appears. This will copy the link to your clipboard.
Send the customer this link and advise them to use the email address you added when enabling Customer Portal for this customer to create an account.
Tip: If you would like a custom domain name (e.g., https://wholesale.companyname.com), reach out to your Account Manager, and they will assist you.
The user will then open a new browser tab or window, paste the link, and click Enter. This will open the sign-in page. They can follow the instructions here on how to create their user profile.
