How do I use the bulk price update tool?

The Price Update tool in DigitBridge allows you to calculate and update product pricing in bulk using cost-based formulas, spreadsheet pastes, material value adjustments, and business-type logic. You can use it to keep pricing consistent across product lines, reflect changes in material costs, or apply strategic markups by customer type.

This overview explains how the tool works at a high level and links out to specific methods depending on your pricing workflow.


Accessing the Tool

In ERP, go to Inventory > Price Update Management to begin.

From there, you can:

  • Filter and search for the products you want to update

  • Choose which price field you're updating (e.g., WSP, MSRP)

  • Define your price formula

  • Calculate and save new prices
