How do I view orders and shipments in WMS?
Here's what you need to know about searching and viewing orders as well as how to export your search results.
There is a key difference between Orders and Shipments in the DigitBridge system: A single order can have multiple shipments/shipment attempts, while a single shipment will only be associated with one order.
View Orders
First, from the WMS Module, go to Sales Order > View Orders
Enter whatever parameters you like (date range, customer, status, or by a specific S/O) and click Search. To see all orders, just click search without entering in any parameters.
Export CSV
To export your search results, simply click Export CSV.
Then you can put it in your spreadsheet tool of choice.
View Shipments
First, from the WMS Module, go to Sales Order > Shipments.
Enter whatever parameters you like (date range, customer, status, or by a specific shipment ID) and click Search. To see all shipments, just click search without entering in any parameters.
Export CSV
To export your search results, simply click Export CSV.
Then you can put it in your spreadsheet tool of choice.
